Sdn Bhd Company

Register a Sdn Bhd company in Malaysia following guideline of ESD, that is inject paid up capital RM 500,000 to be eligible of work permit application. In terms of JV company, allocate 70% shares to local shareholder to get advantages from immigration department.

Physical Office

Applicant of work permit must have physical office by rental or own where will be setting up office furniture and complete office environment. Employees

Business will be on going by local employees until foreign staffs are imported by work permit. Office staffs Organogram copy must diagram as hierarchy with salary package.
